Detox Supporting Drinks

These infused waters are a great way to liven up plain old water and support detoxification by hydrating the body, flushing toxins, and getting an extra boost of micronutrients.

Combine the following ingredients with a quart of water, let steep for 3 – 4 hours, then enjoy! Feel free to play with the quantities a bit, there is no exact formula.

  1. Watermelon, cucumber and mint
  2. Orange slices, berries (any type) and basil
  3. Lemon slices, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, cayenne
  4. Dandelion tea with fresh ginger (combine with hot water first, then let chill)
