These infused waters are a great way to liven up plain old water and support detoxification by hydrating the body, flushing toxins, and getting an extra boost of micronutrients.
Combine the following ingredients with a quart of water, let steep for 3 – 4 hours, then enjoy! Feel free to play with the quantities a bit, there is no exact formula.
- Watermelon, cucumber and mint
- Orange slices, berries (any type) and basil
- Lemon slices, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, cayenne
- Dandelion tea with fresh ginger (combine with hot water first, then let chill)
